Rhodium plating is a service that electronically plates rhodium, one of the platinum family of metals, on the surface of white gold primarily. This coating helps the 14K or 18K white gold, appear brighter white, while also protecting the gold from being susceptible to fine scratches for a longer period of time, and helps diamonds look their best. During this One-Day-Only special, we will check and tighten any gemstones, deep clean & polish your ring, and rhodium plate it to make your pieces look as good as new!
We do our best to offer same-day service for this event and will inform you of any appropriate repairs that should be performed first. Two-tone rings may not be able to be plated the same day so we can mask off the non-white metal areas. There is an additional fee for plating two-tone rings due to the additional labor. We'll be sure to let you know of any exceptions when you bring your rings in.
This service is being offered on rings only. We will be happy to take in up to 10 rings. We are not able to offer this service on earrings, chains, pendants, or bracelets during the event, but if you are interested in rhodium plating anything other than rings, we are happy to discuss options and pricing with you per piece.
